We provide a tailor-made service. Each client has individual requirements, and we will do our best to meet every need.
A list of full architectural services is given at the end of this page, and we are happy to provide all of them - or just some, depending on the client and the job. For instance, if a client wants to liaise with planning officers and create drawing to submit for planning permission, but does not want us to go further with building regulations drawings, then that is what we will do. |
So, from ideas and sketches, to plans, to overseeing a project on site - we will follow our client's wishes and do as much or as little as they wish.
Both modern and traditional methods are used to create our plans. Hand-drawn plans are usually submitted for planning applications, as we find their appearance superior to those generated by computer aided design (CAD). But modern technology comes into its own for producing plans for building regulations approval. CAD drawings are flexible and faster to produce for these "on-site" working drawings. |
