Below are a selection of three projects that are currently under construction. They include; a new three bedroom detached house and two bay garage, incorporating, piled foundations, higher than normal insulation levels, full heat recover system and deep bored ground source heat pump; a two storey rear extension to provide a kitchen/breakfast area on the ground floor and additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the first floor, and a single storey rear extension to provide an enlarged kitchen/breakfast area. All three projects are expected to be completed by the end of the year. Details of the completed projects will be included on the web site later next year.
