Residential extension and Barn Conversion, Felsted

Front elevation of the converted barn

Located on the outskirts of the Essex village of Felsted, a flat-roofed rear and side extension had been added to this Georgian style Grade II timber framed detached property in the 1970s. This was replaced by a new, much larger two-storey extension and garden room as shown in the submitted planning drawings and completed project photographs below. A detached three-bay cart shed was also constructed, and a Grade II listed thatched barn in the grounds was converted to form a detached residential annex.
