The alterations to this Grade II listed town property included a single storey link extension connecting the main house to the existing barn/outbuilding. Part of the barn was converted to form accessible ground floor bedroom and shower room facilities with wheelchair access to community and communal areas. Throughout the design the proposals were discussed and agreed with the Occupational Therapist. Planning permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in February 2021.
