A contemporary residential development consisting of two 2 bedrooms apartments in Cambridge. The design occupies the rear garden of two properties in Greville Road with access from Rustat Road and within walking distance to the train station. The design brief required the maximum usable area for each apartment and an amenity space at first floor level as well as incorporating car parking for the new units as well as the existing houses in Greville Road. The development was completed in the summer of 2012.
