A detached three bedroom modern property set in the heart of the Essex market town of Saffron Walden was in need of complete modernisation and updating. The house was altered for ease of use by wheelchair users, including levelling of floors, widening of doorways and the formation of level thresholds to the external doors. A new painted timber porch was added for shelter to the front door.
The property was sold in 2020 and works are presently on site to carry further alterations and a rear single storey garden room. Details of the alterations will be posted later in 2021.
