This four bedroom detached house previously had a single storey non de-script rear flat roof extension. The proposed alterations included the demolition of the flat roof extension and the subsequent erection of a single storey pitched roof extension forming an open plan sitting room and dining room. The kitchen was also replaced and extended as well as other internal alterations to complete the improvements to this detached property. The oak frame was supplied and erected by Carpenter Oak of Totnes.
