Originally four cottages in an L-shaped plan, this property is Grade II Listed and converted to a single dwelling. The property was completely renovated inside and out, and is now a family home. There was no increase in the size of the footprint of the property, only the rebuilding of a poorly constructed lean-to in the rear courtyard to provide ancillary accommodation including utility room, boot room and first floor bathroom. Externally, the fletton brickwork chimney stacks were rebuilt, the roof re-tiled and the external walls rendered with lime render and a simple pargetted band as shown on the photographs.
