Outline planning permission for a new dwelling was granted prior to our engagement for this project. We were asked to prepare the necessary detail design for a new five-bedroom house and submit a full planning application. Due to the constraints of the site an integral garage was included in the design with bedroom and bathroom accommodation above in the roof space. Planning permission was granted and the property has now been built.
