Planning permission has been granted for two, three bedroom detached houses, in the Essex village of Debden, near Saffron Walden, Essex.
Located in the centre of the village, special care was needed to provide a sensitive design approach to the surrounding rural area. Both houses have an internal floor area of about 150sqm, and comprise entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast area, living room and study on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Planning permission was granted early 2015.
