Planning permission was granted for a replacement house (plot 1) and an additional house (plot 2) on this site just outside the Essex market town of Saffron Walden. Work is progressing well on the additional house comprising 4 bedrooms, en-suite and family bathroom on the first floor and Kitchen/breakfast area, sitting room, study, utility and garden room on the ground floor. Work is expected to finish towards the end of 2021. More details to follow the development is completed.
