Located in the centre of the Essex market town of Saffron Walden this residential development comprised a terrace of three/four bedroom houses and a pair of semi-detached houses to the rear of the site. Externally finished with a selection of traditional materials, such as facing red brickwork, and painted render all under a steeply pitched plain clay tiled roof, the development reflects many traditional aspects of the Essex vernacular style, including a selection of rise and fall and casement windows. The development was completed in 1997.
